Need creative financing on ca property.
Hello, i ve been renting a house to sublet by rooms, over 4 years. Now owner needs money and wants to sell it. I would live to buy it and was thinking owner finance since he has 2.8% mortgage on it, and its not transferrable. Is it possible to do owner finance while he has his mortgage? Since his mortgage is so low and we have really good relationship would be good if possible. Ir, dscr loan but i ve been renting it out by rooms and market rates are lower then what im getting. Looking for an advice on how to make that deal happen
