Subject to real estate attorney
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to the BiggerPockets community to try and find an attorney that has a lot of experience closing subject to deals. I have a deal that I think subject to could be applied to, but I’ve never done one and would like to find an attorney to assist me with the closing of this deal.
