Who does DSCR loans on Manufactured homes

I was under contract but all my local lenders would not or could not loan on a manufactured home. Who does? Does the state matter? I am in AZ

 Is it truly "affixed" to the ground etc?  There are a couple but its going to have to be pretty permanently attached to the land to protect the foreclosure option
