Commercial Property Loan?
I own a commercial property free and clear. The property is in Southeast NM, high traffic area Ina booming oilfield town. The property features 750 sqft of office space, with mens and woman's bathroom and a break area, also has an attached 40x40 shop area and a gated yard all on a corner lot. I want to convert the property into 3 retail spaces by turning the shop area into 2 more retail spaces. I don't have the money to finance a project like this, my local bank denied me. Any advice?
