Looking for options on buying a first home with low down payment.
My wife and I have 2 young children, and a dog. We are currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our lease is up at the end of November, and we are looking for options to buy a decent house with a low down payment.
We don’t have much saved, because we have been focused on paying down debt. After paying off over $2500 a month of debt, we now have that extra money to start saving towards a down payment.
What are my options? And what would you recommend?
