Commercial creative loans
Hii ! My name is Danny from California,I am hoping to get advice on a loan ?? Not sure if anyone is familiar with this type of scenario?? I have a triplex and two houses on one lot.it's considered commercial in California because there's 5 properties on one lot .anything over 4 is considered commercial here. I want to get a loan on the properties to reinvest.i can not get a HELOC but i was wondering what other options have that doesn't require 30% down ?
