best financing options

I need so.e help.  I understand most of the concepts concerning utilizing  borrowed money and cash flow however im generally conservative when it comes to borrowing money.  I have a home that I use as a str/personal vacation home and it has about 400k in equity.  what would be the best way to utilize the money in acquiring more properties in my established llc without going overboard financially.
