Credit card stacking advice

Hi y’all, 

I’m a Houston resident currently flipping a property out in Oklahoma. I’m looking to use credit card stacking to cover my rehab costs and avoid paying interest.

There are plenty of business credit cards with a 0% introductory APR for the first year, but that rate typically only applies to purchases. My issue is that most of my expenses are paying local contractors, handymen, and small businesses, which normally requires cash.

Taking out cash advances with most cards isn't viable because cards charge 20%+ interest rates on them.

Does anyone know of a card that offers 0% APR on cash advances, or is there a workaround to pay contractors with credit without triggering the cash advance APR? I know credit card stacking is a proven strategy, so I'm sure I'm missing a solution here. Any advice is appreciated!

It might be a "proven strategy" but it really is building a "house of cards".  Be VERY careful....
