Owner Financing in Atlanta?

Hello,

I am new to Bigger Pockets.  I am from California but am relocating to Atlanta this summer.  I am a part time teacher, part time marketing consultant and part time investor.

I would like to know what resources are out there to assist me to find a condo, townhouse and/or SF home preferably ITP with owner financing for purchase this summer. I would like to be near/in Grant Park, but that is not necessarily a requirement.  

If you have tips, websites, etc. on where to find properties in Atlanta available for seller financing, please post.  Thank you.
