This site is a great resource.  Most of the sales pitches people here from 'professionals' via the telephone for mentorships or apprenticeships haven't the credibility that calling your own real estate agent, or banker/lender.  Either will readily assist you from start to end and walk you through the process.

Whether you have bad or great credit, substantial liquidity or limited resources, any client willing to do their part, can comfortably break-in to the real estate market, if they will simply exercise patience and perseverance.

A good real estate agent will know a solid finance person.  A solid finance person will know a good real estate agent.  These two professionals in your corner will help you become exactly what you want within the real estate world, if you will 'endeavor to persevere' (Abraham Lincoln).

No one ever need waste a penny on any mentorship program!

@Account Closed You must have had a bad experience.  If I did, I'd probably feel the same way.  If you haven't had a bad experience, and this comment isn't based on anything but...assumptions, then shame on you.  I know for a fact, and experience that there are a number of great Mentorship programs out there...and there is probably no better way to learn anything than from someone successful.

The problem I see, is that people would rather follow the unsuccessful majority, than one successful person...and I've never understood that.  That does however, explain why the majority is unsuccessful.
