Financing Help - Full Doc, 740 plus FICO, 90% LTV/CLTV
I just hit a road block and need help with trying to get past this. I am working with an investor who currently owns 16 investment properties of varies types. The investor is looking to purchase his 5th unit of a 10 unit residential condominium complex. Full Doc, 740 plus FICO, 90% LTV/CLTV, Seller second not possible as it is a short sale offering.
