LINE OF CREDIT INFO WANTED
I am looking into getting a line of credit so I can purchase some small deals without getting hit with thousands in points from hard money lenders.
Does anyone know of a good company to use? I have heard there are no doc lines of credit avail if you have good credit.....is this true? I would need to go stated or no doc.
I am just starting to look into this and I would like to obtain one so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
