Immediate $50k - is this a scam?

I have been contacted by a few companies that offer me a minimum $50k just on my good credit score. (I am seeking $350k funding.)  They charge a $500 dollar processing fee and $2500 when you receive the $50k.  0% financing for the first year.

Any advise?

Definitely a scam. Don't do it. It is incredibly difficult to get financing for anything, so something that easy is not real.
