Cash Out Refi Source - NC

I own 6 rental properties, 4 with conventional financing and 2 with commercial loans. I would like to cash out refinance the two commercial loans with 30 year fixed loan(s). I have good equity in these two properties 40-50% LTV. Looking for a source in the Charlotte, NC area if possible. I have talked to several local banks with no positive results.
