Rmlo and closing company/attorney

I found a seller that is willing to do seller financing. Can anyone recommend a RMLO and closing agent or attorney in Houston to draw up all of the documents and get the necessary paperwork? I would prefer if they were in the same office, building, or proximity to each other.
