LLC will own the property, what kind of morgage and terms will I be able to get

I have a rental property that is paid off. It is in the name of a LLC. I would like to get a first mortgage on the property. Can someone please give me a referral to a personal financial broker that has access to consumer and commercial creditors? Thank you!
