I listen to a speech saying you can apply and get mutiple line of credit simultaneously ... Unsecured

And that while it is illegal to get mutiple mortgages simultaneously on the same property, it is totally fine getting mutiple unsecured line of credit

Did anyone do it?

Most lenders don't like to issue personal loans for business purchases...

That being said. They wont/can't tell you what to do with the money, but if they know before hand what your plans are they can deny your loan.

It all comes down to risk/interest. Business loans/lines of credit usually have higher rates/shoter terms.

Hope that helps!
