I need financing advice...I'm stuck!
There are a couple of multifamily properties that I am going to be viewing next week. I plan to purchase with the intention of living in one of the units while the others are being rented out. However, I'm building my credit so it's not as great as it could be. I'm nervous to apply for a traditional mortgage. I know there are other methods for financing (partnerships, portfolio lenders, etc.) but being that this is my first purchase, I'm not sure where to start. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
