Search of a HELOC for owner occupied 3 flat, Chicago
Hi guys,
I'm racking my brain here, but we are looking to get a deal that is cash only. We have most of the cash and are trying to get a HELOC for the rest. A couple of banks(bank says can't lend on legal 3 flats) and a credit union(limited to certain county residents, mostly outside of Cook) have said no, so I'm here asking for help! Does anyone have a referral to help us get this done? Any recommended lenders or other creative finance ideas? Thanks a bunch!
