Hi all,

I am the owner of a single family home on West Hollywood's eastside and am looking to finance getting entitlements for my property to build 5 condominium units at 1650sf each. Once receiving approvals, I intend on selling the property, with design entitlements attached.

I'm interested in speaking with established lenders in the area that are willing to finance this venture. The area that my home is in is seeing major developmental investment and has incredible walkability. More specifically, my home falls under some of the most favorable zoning within West Hollywood, allowing for up to 5 condominium units, 1650sf each, carriage-style.

Thank you.
