How to I approach legally and formal to raise capital from friends and family?. Should I have a deal on the hook first?. Always what other things I should consider when dealing with friends and family or anyone in terms of raising money for investing?.

Raising money is my specialty. I've raised MILLIONS of dollars for real estate deals. I started with friends (don't have rich family members) and go from there. My best deal is raising $980,000 for one deal (a 100+ unit apartment complex). You can listen to how I did that in my podcast interview:
