Portfolio Lenders in St. Louis
Does anyone have experience with anyone that offers portfolio loans in the St. Louis area? We are looking at properties in the South County area, our goal is to purchase a rental property to rehab. We have seen some promising options around $30,000 that should be worth around $100,000 after they are renovated.
