Tampa Bay area team is in need of $5 million in working capital to purchase individual real estate properties. As an investor, we would use these funds to purchase properties with you or your company listed as the lien holder. Funds can be kept in trust and only used at the closing table for each transaction. With our marketing plan in place, we have the ability to purchase properties substantially below market value and will not invest in a property unless we are behind 70% ltv after all fees.
