Getting a Loan on my Rental with no credit

Hey Folks,

  I have a rental property that I own outright, no mortgage, rented at $850 per month, I am looking to get a loan on the property to move to another state, $10,000 or so. The issue is I have little to no credit as I have only been in the USA for a few years and was self employed for most of that time. 

Any ideas of how to make this happen?
