Using a Class A motor home as a down payment on investment home

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone has heard of anyone using a Class A motor home as a down payment (or full payment) for purchasing an investment property. I currently have a Class A motor home that I was living in for my single years but now that I am married I have no need for it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to advertise this idea? Can I do this on biggerpockets without violating any rules? I currently have 2 rental properties and just looking to shift my asset over to another investment property preferably in El Paso, TX or the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Sell it.  The odds of someone wanting your RV, who also has an investment property you want, are slim.
