Presentation or Package to the Lender

Ive heard so many times about this "presentation packet" or package so that the "lender won't have a hard time" in the podcasts, yet it is not being discussed here or no one have shown example. I tried to search thru the forums and some of them show up with only 1-2 replies.

Can I see some of those example you present to the lender? Or a list?
