Getting access to credit - CC and LOC

Looking to get feedback on the best places to get access to low interest credit cards and business lines of credit. So far I have had luck working with a few big banks to get business lines of credit and have worked with Seed Capital to get access to credit cards. Please share your experience. Has anyone worked with community banks for lines of credit or creative finance?
