Conventional loan on turnkey portfolio..
This may be a dumb question but ...
Trying to get a loan for a 9 property portfolio.. can you get the loan on 2 or 3 of the homes to cover the purchase price or how does that work ? Any info appreciated just starting out so not quite sure on how to tackle that situation..
