Best HELOC rates for primary and investment props

I am looking for the best interest only payment HELOCs out there for my primary residence and for some investment properties I have paid off and would like to have a HELOC in place should another deal arise.

I like to use a HELOC to replace my 1st as I have substantial equity in the home. Any specific banks, rates and term info would be appreciated.

Hi Brandon, Columbus, Ohio here. We are doing a HELOC on our primary now, what local banks did you find had the best rates and terms? We are talking with Telhio and US Bank now.
