Master Lease Option Apt Bldg in Memphis

Hey BP members,

I'm new to the whole master lease option, but I looking to do my first one of at least two this year and fairly soon. I know it's an awesome way to get a great cash flow. I'm looking for some info or direction or even a 50/50 split on a Apt Bldg. Any and all help is welcomed.
