Selling primary home as Owner financed and taxes
I am thinking of selling our primary home of 11 years in Oregon as owner financed with monthly payments. Because we're getting monthly payments instead of full seeking price up front, will we be required to pay taxes on the sale? Will the monthly payments be considered monthly income?
