Homepath Renovation Loan

Has anyone here used the Homepath Renovation loan? Can you tell me about your experience? What is the difference between that and the 203K? Any lenders in hampton roads (Portsmouth, norfolk, va beach) offer these loans?

@Tiffany S. The HomePath product is similar to the 203K but it is a conventional rehab.  You want to have all your bids done upfront so the process goes smoothly.  Most the time the contractor getting you the bids upfront is what slows down the process.
