House Hacking a duplex with an FHA loan
Hello BiggerPockets Community!
I am wondering what the limitations are for the FHA loan. Specifically I am asking about house hacking a duplex. I would like to know if I have to switch my mailing address to the duplex if i only plan on living there a few nights a week throughout the year?
