Lender Title Insurance on a Seller Financed deal

Maybe a silly question here, but need to make sure due to the high $ amount....
As a buyer of a seller financed deal there will be no need to purchase LENDER Title insurance? I do plan to purchase buyer's Title insurance. Is this accurate?
