Financing in Detroit
Detroit is a unique place, due to the city bankruptcy and several other factors like homes values no banks or lenders like to loan in Wayne County. I am looking for a lender or financial advisor that I can partner with who can assist with borrowing against home equity, able to provide a Home Equity Line of credit or refinancing investment properties, it is a plus if you do international business because I have many international clients as well.
I want to put this out there that lenders are missing out on opportunities, not the big institutions but the small guys. I have the inventory and the qualified candidates looking for the funds.
