Looking to be part of a deal.
Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place for this or if it’s allowed. To keep it short I already have a 3 unit property thats been cash flowing nicely for 6 months in Massachusetts. While I’m not in a position to purchase my next multi family property I’d like to help fund some deals with other investors for some good returns in the mean time to help build some more capital. I have 10-15k in funds to use for this. If anyone has any deals in the immediate area that need more cash and I can get in on feel free to send me a msg about them with the kind of returns you can get me and the time horizon also your experience with flips etc. I’d be glad to comb through them for ones that suits both our interests.
