Line of credit secured by land
Hello, I have been calling the local banks around Indianapolis trying to get a line of credit secured by the value of 2 plots of land that I own. I have not had any luck as of yet, and I was just wondering has anyone done this before and if so what bank did they use? thanks in advance for your reply.
