Creative Finance Duplex
Searching for duplex to purchase to house hack. Want to get into a duplex with little money out of pocket. If I do conventional financing with the 5% down how long would I half to live there? Before renting out both sides and moving out?

Two rentals have bunch of equity in the properties.
Is it possible to use equity to get loan on duplex with little money out of pocket?
