Borrowing down payment @2.6% interest rate

Hi,

I live in Hong Kong and invest in the states where I am from. I can get a 100k personal loan from a HK bank at 2.6% interest for 36 months.

What is the forums thought on using this as a down payment on a rental in order to keep personal cash reserves?
