Is it possible?

Hello everybody,
I would like to buy a condo in Los Angeles for about $300k.
Is it possible if I ask somebody who can get VA loan to help me to get a loan. Loan will be on his name or {mine} and property will be on my name.
Of course I will pay him for his help.
It's my idea. What do you think guys?
