usda loan and fha loan?
hi,
my name is cody and i'm new to real estate, i have lived in my current home for 3 years with a usda first time home buyers loan. we are wanting to move but i don't think ill get what i owe on in after agents and everything. i'm wanting to keep it as a rental and move but have no money for another down payment for a new home. i am wondering if i can apply for a fha loan to purchase a new house and then keeping the current home that is usda to rent?
i quess my question is if i can have a usda loan and a fha loan at the same time? and rent out a usda loan?
