My first investment property
Good afternoon, Bigger pockets community
I'm ready to buy my first investment property I'm currently looking for SFH to rent I'm just having one issue is the financing. I have enough money for down payments and closing cost. just having a little, issue my credit isnt good at all, how should I go should about financing a single family home that I want to rent out.
Does anyone have any ideas?
