Looking for financier
Since my last posting I was able to close a very small deal and make a small profit. I also focus time on partnerships. I started an investment club consisting of real estate investor, general contractor, project mgr and a quality control supervisor. We are looking at a project that will need financing with creative financing our VERY first option.
The project is construction of 3 houses (2) 3 bedrm and (1) 4 bedrm with buyers already in place.
The first house to be built is the 4 bedrm 2 bath, $150,000.
