I need help in Las Vegas, Nevada

I will be moving to Las Vegas in April. I am going to Las Vegas for a week in February to see the entire market there. I am favorable on the area's to live and real estate market. I have been buying foreclosure properties here in both King County and Pierce County, Washington. Now I am headed south to the warmer climate to semi-retire.

Here is my QUESTION? I am looking for a hard money lender in Las Vegas that knows about foreclosures and goes to the foreclosure auctions to guarantee my purchases. Does anyone know a reputable hard money lender in Las Vegas or the surrounding area's that would be able to help me with my request?
