Has anyone ever used a VA loan to close a deal on an investment property? If so, how did you make it happen?

@Tony M Batiste, I believe VA loans can only be used for a personal residence. So, you'd have to do a house hack. Lots of people have done this. Look for a 4-family building that will cash flow once you move out.
