HELOC Advice for capital
Im fairly new to all of this real estate investing but have been researching for almost a year and have been on BP for about a month. I think I can get some capital to start my first deal through my home I own with a HELOC. Any advice or suggestions on how to go about getting this started? Should i go through the bank my mortgage is through?
