App/Site that Does Automatic Adjustment of Loan Amortization
Hi, I have some properties sold with seller finance. Sometimes tenant buyers pay extra here & there. I would like to automate my loan amortization adjustment. Is there a tool that I can use for this purpose? Like I just plug in the numbers, date & amount they paid, I get the latest loan amortization schedule.
