Delayed Financing Exception - Commercial Property
I am considering placing an all cash offer on a 6 unit apartment building. The intention is that the all cash offer would be more attractive to the seller. If I close the cash purchase can I obtain delayed financing on this commercial property? I understand DFE but seem to see it used on SFHs and I want to ensure this is available on commercial property (5+ units) specifically. Thanks!
