I took over a mortgage

Help, what paper work do l need to protect myself from my sister taking the house away from me?  I saved her house form foreclosure and have been paying the mortgage. She doesn't have a job and doesn't want one. She still lives with me but I am scared she can throw me out anytime. She told me to save it and to keep it. I cant get a loan at the moment but I am work on that.

This is "talk to a lawyer" territory. But TLDR will likely be that you should have yourself added to title. Your sister must consent to this, but it's a reasonable minimum concession if you are to keep making her mortgage payments.
