Converting 3 unit to 6 unit - financing
Hi! I just bought my first 3 unit property in Brooklyn, NY with a residential loan. We plan to house hack. I'm debating whether to convert to a 6 unit and pay cash for reno, but if so will I need to get a new commercial mortgage? Or can I keep my existing loan. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
